Blue Sage // Grandmother Sage
Traditionally used for smoke cleansing, blue sage is associated with clarity, tranquility, prosperity and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
To use, light the end of the bundle until it begins to smoke, then gently blow out the flame. Allow the smoke to move through your space or around yourself with intention. When finished, fully extinguish the bundle in a fire-safe vessel and never leave burning sage unattended.
